Why "Nature's Edge"...

My wife and I have been nature-lovers all our lives!  Over 2 decades ago, we reserved a riverfront seasonal campsite (on our anniversary) at a place called "Nature's Campsites" in CT.  Early morning sightings of a heron or beaver passing by...  Wasn't long before I made a sign on a scrap of pine - "Nature's Edge"

About 3 years later, we bought a house about 2 miles away and sold the camper.  Surrounded by forest in our new "Nature's Edge" for 14 yrs., we built a koi pond w/waterfall & fire pit, enjoyed many hikes and canoeing explorations, and even climbed Mt. Katahdin (*the other end of the Appalachian Trail) in 2013.

2018 we retired in beautiful SWVA.  After making plans to build a geothermal high tunnel, fate decided Microgreens would become part of our life.  So, when growing for our nutrition evolved into a business, and we needed a name...

Well, the view below from our modest home's deck says it all.

Hope y'all enjoy bits of our amazing encounters with Nature's wonderful beauty and inspiration offered here.
